Data Subject Rights (LGPD)
Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018, Art. 18) grants you nine rights over your personal data. This page lists each and how to exercise it. Equivalent rights apply to users in other jurisdictions (GDPR Art. 15-22; CCPA; etc.).
Your rights
- 1. Confirmation of processing
You can ask us to confirm whether we process your personal data.
- 2. Access to your data
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- 3. Correction of incomplete or outdated data
If anything is wrong, you can ask us to correct it.
- 4. Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data
Data processed in non-compliance with LGPD may be anonymized, blocked, or deleted.
- 5. Portability
You can receive your data in a structured, portable format (JSON) for transfer to another provider.
- 6. Deletion of consent-based data
You can ask us to delete data you gave us via consent β subject to legal retention obligations (tax, accounting).
- 7. Information about sharing
You can ask for the list of public and private entities we share your data with.
- 8. Information about consequences of not consenting
You can ask what happens if you refuse or withdraw consent.
- 9. Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw consent at any time. The process is free and simple.

Most requests are free. Only repeated or disproportionate requests may carry an administrative fee.
Complain to the ANPD
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.
